Elision.gg operates community-focused competitive infrastructure, tooling, and online services, including RLBucket and related platforms, applications, and integrations.

By accessing or using Elision.gg services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any related policies or guidelines made available through the platform.

Certain platform features require an account. Authentication may be provided through third-party services such as Discord.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activities performed through your account.

Elision.gg reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, impersonation, malicious activity, or violations of platform policies.

Users may upload replay files, media, branding assets, and other content to supported Elision.gg platforms.

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Elision.gg a non-exclusive license to store, process, analyze, display, and generate derived metadata or statistics necessary for platform functionality and competitive operations.

You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded content does not violate applicable laws, intellectual property rights, or platform policies.

Elision.gg platforms may include replay-backed verification, automated analytics, rankings, competitive records, and league operations systems.

Manipulation of reporting systems, replay tampering, fraudulent submissions, impersonation, abuse of automation systems, or other attempts to undermine platform integrity are prohibited.

Elision.gg reserves the right to invalidate competitive records, revoke verification status, suspend users or organizations, or remove content associated with integrity violations.

Individual leagues, organizations, franchises, and communities using Elision.gg services may enforce additional rules, moderation policies, and participation requirements within their own ecosystems.

Elision.gg is not responsible for disputes, decisions, or actions taken by independent community operators unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You agree not to:

• Abuse or disrupt platform infrastructure or availability
• Upload malicious files or harmful content
• Scrape, automate, or access services in unauthorized ways
• Impersonate individuals, organizations, or communities
• Use Elision.gg services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

Elision.gg services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, functionality, or data permanence.

Features, systems, APIs, integrations, and services may change, evolve, or be discontinued over time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elision.gg and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of platform services.

Elision.gg reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services, organizations, leagues, or accounts that violate these Terms of Service or threaten platform integrity or security.
